I’m Jamie Lin — a real estate professional driven by a deep belief that real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building long-term wealth. My journey into this career began with my own successful experience as a real estate investor, and it was that first-hand understanding — combined with years in property management — that inspired me to become an agent.

Before becoming a licensed agent, I managed long-term rentals and built a thriving short-term rental business, currently overseeing a dozen Airbnb properties across Seattle. This hands-on experience gives me a practical edge when helping clients spot smart investments, navigate the rental market, or turn a home into a profitable asset.

I graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Environmental Biology, and I bring that same thoughtful, systems-based mindset to real estate. I’m always striving to strike a balance between the convenience of modern technology and the responsibility of protecting our environment — whether that’s in my personal life or guiding clients toward sustainable living choices.

To me, a home is more than just a roof over your head — it’s the foundation of a life story. I love getting to know people, understanding their goals, and helping them find a place where both their lives and finances can grow. When I’m not working with clients, I’m enjoying life with my husband, our two wonderful teenagers, and our delightfully quirky mixed-breed dog. I love traveling, discovering new food spots, and winding down by the water with my loved ones, watching the sunset and soaking in the beauty of the moment.
